The Garmin Portable Friction Mount for Nuvi is very sturdy and attaches to my Garmin Nuvi 660 with no problem. The beanbag design is awesome and works better than my old rubber weighted dashboard mount that I had with my previous SteetPilot c340. With that mount the rubber legs started to get too pliable and didn't stay on my dash as firmly as it used to. My old mount sort of stayed on the dash but would jump around, slide a bit and one day when I made a very sharp fast turn, my c340 went flying onto the floor. With the Nuvi Beanbag Mount weighted design, there's no chance of this happening. The mount stays put and sits firmly on my dashboard even on bumpy roads and sharp turns.
This mount is great though I wish it was included with my Garmin Nuvi 660 instead of the windshield mount.
This item was a perfect fit and was able to set my radio perfectly in my 95 Lumina. It was a great buy.

BalasHapusI installed my Alpine cde135bt stereo into my 98 S10 with this install kit.... this kit is the best. All of the other kits bulge out of the dash and are just an eye sore honestly. this kit makes the radio sit flush with the dash bezel!! slid the radio right in and bent the tabs to lock onto the install kit...solid as a rock my radio isnt going anywhere!! i would reccomend this product for anyone looking to install into an s10, sonoma, blazer, Jimmy, or hombre!
BalasHapusI bought this to install my aftermarket radio in my Isuzu Hombre (S10). It looks perfect. IMHO better than the one with the pocket below it. It installs with no modification. Great price too.
BalasHapusI bought this to install an aftermarket cd player in my car (1999 Monte Carlo) it ended up working out great and looks good as well! I'd definitely recommend this over some of the others if your car is on the list of supported vehicles.
