Autobest F2903A Fuel Pump Module
I recommend this pump, after calling all of the auto parts stores in my area I was given prices from $257.00 up to almost $400.
Then I turned to the web and after searching online auction sites and amazon I decided on this pump...I found the same ones the parts stores sold on amazon for half of what the store wanted but I had to wait about a week for it to come in..
I was at first leary about buying an $80 pump and after reading the reviews I gave it a shot... I even opted for the 2day shipping which still put me $150 less than the lowest price I could get from the stores...
Simple to install although you do need to change the wire harness for the pump,,,,,The instructions for changing the harness are flawless and it comes with everything you need... after installing the pump my blazer runs like a champ.....

BalasHapusReceived just as expected and fit like a glove works great only had it in now for a couple weeks but do not expect any problems.
BalasHapusDelphi pump went out so purchased this Autobest pump, removed battery cable, removed filler screws 3 of them, dropped protector, and then tank straps, reached up disconnected the ground strap, then unplugged electrical ends, used pliers broke off fuel ends(quicker to deal with later) pulled out tank cleaned, removed lockring, removed all debris inside tank cleaned, went back wired the new plug very easy match the wires, and took the clips off fuel line, reversed to install, the new autobest pump seal was too big for my tank so I used the large O ring from my old pump worked well to get the retainer in. once installed and connected the ground cable strap, and battery put about 3 gallons of fuel then turn the ignition to the ON position then OFF then ON then OFF then ON then OFF to prime pump, then on, then started up quickly let run a while went for a drive works well...Took me 2.3hours on gravel doing a back yard mechanic setting with minimal tools! Great Product Can afford 5 of these compare too what dealers want for them!

Bought this for a friend who had little to no mechanical experience. He was able to remove his tank along witht he old pump and then reinstall the new pump. He had to use the old top gasket but it was in good condition and there are no leaks.
