Total View 360 Adjustable Mirror
These are a bit large but they do a good job of revealing the blind spot area.
The adhesive is strong and cannot be removed without using a thin wire which is the same method used to remove a broken windshield.
I placed the mirror in the top right corner of the rear view mirror and decided it needed to be in the lower right corner. It came off using the wire method and I thought I would need to use the second mirror in the package but the adhesive was still good so I am currently still using the first mirror though I ended up sticking it inside the car door and it works great in that position. I have a VW Jetta sport wagon but I would guess there are other vehicles where this method would work. In this position the large size is an advantage.

These mirrors really do what they are intended to do! Real peace of mind now that the "blind spots" have disappeared and you have full views on both sides of the vehicle.

You know how it is when you can't see someone coming up to the side of you when attempting to change lanes. The little fish eyes were awful, but served the purpose. I GOT THESE and bought some for my family. LOVE THEM...It has saved me from collisions because of the clarity of the view and you can truly judge how close the cars are next to you.

I bought this mirror for my Honda CR-Z, which has terrible blind spots on both sides. I placed these mirrors on the outer upper edge of the side mirrors, instead of the inner upper edge as recommended because I use the inner upper edge in my current mirror set up.
BalasHapusSet up was mostly painless, however, you do need to be exact and patient when placing the mirrors on. The adhesive is very strong, so it is much better to assume that once you stick it on, you can't adjust it anymore. Don't rely on being able to adjust it after it sticks, even if you used barely any pressure.
The adjustable swivel part of these stick-on mirrors is necessary to get a satisfactory customized viewing angle, and is the reason I chose this product. I hated the ones that were stick-on without an adjustable swivel.
It took a little while to get used to the mirror. Sometimes I would think a car is in my blind spot when it actually was two lanes over and completely out of the way. But after getting used to it, I was able to judge the car position correctly and now have no problems changing lanes just using the blind spot mirrors. However, turning your head should still be used to catch any cars that are directly to the left and right of you and out of view of your blind spot mirrors.
My heated side mirrors turn on when the rear defrogger is pushed. And when I've used my rear defrogger on rainy days, I haven't noticed my blind spot mirrors coming loose.
So far, these mirrors have worked great and are securely on my side view mirrors.
BalasHapusI have been using these for years on my motorcycles. They have gotten a bit larger over the years, but that is NOT a negative. I would not ride without them. They are crystal clear and stay adjusted to where they are put. The 3M adhesive on the back is great. If you want to make the adjustment permanent, just put a drop of super glue in on the adjustment ball once you have then right where you want them and they will not move when bumped even.

Easy to put on and has not fallen off yet. Been through the wash several times and it is still sticking where I placed it. Works as advertised.

BalasHapusThe really reduces that "blind spot" when driving. The 3M adhesive really sticks. I had another product that worked as well but it fell off - not much use then! This one really sticks even in very hot/humid climate.
